Terms and Conditions (Terms & Conditions / T&C) are legal agreements that govern the use of the ADAMLABS Application and Website.


1. Definition

    a. “Application” refers to the Laboratory Information System application under the brand ADAMLABS that can be                installed on the user's device.
    b. “Website” refers to the ADAMLABS web page which can be accessed via Internet.
    c. “User” refers to the individual or organization that accesses or use the Application or Website.
    d. “Services” refers to all features, functionality and content available through Application or Website.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Application or Website, the User is deemed to have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Use of Applications and Websites

    a. The Application and Website can only be used for lawful and appropriate purposes applicable law.
    b. Users are responsible for using the Application and Website, including unauthorized or unlawful use.
    c. Users are not allowed to use the Application or Website for that purpose disrupt or damage the system or                       network, including but not limited to hacking or spreading viruses.
    d. Users are not allowed to change, modify, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application or Website.

4. User Content

    a. Users are responsible for all content they upload or share through the Application or Website. 
    b. Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing content that violates rights intellectual property, privacy rights, or           other laws. 
    c. The application or website has the right to delete user content that is considered violate these Terms and                        Conditions or any applicable law. 
    d. Users are not allowed to change, modify, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application or Website.

5. Intellectual Property

    a. Applications and Websites, including but not limited to designs, logos and content, protected by intellectual                    property rights. 
    b. Users are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the Application or Website commercially without                    written permission from the owner intellectual property rights. 

6. Privacy

    a. Application and Website Providers will protect user privacy by not share their personal information with other               parties except with written permission from the user or when required by law. 
    b. Application and Website Providers will store user's personal information with safe and will only use that                          information for the benefit of the Application and Website.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    a. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and we will notify you of these updates at                your time access the Application or Website. 
    b. Users are required to read and understand the Terms and Conditions applies every time you use this Application           and Website. 
    c. Please delete the Application in your electronic device, including submitting account deletion request (in case               you have registered as Application users) and do not access the Website if you do not agree to these Terms of               Use (as updated from time to time). 

8. Loss coverage

    a. Users will be responsible for losses incurred as a result of violations them against the applicable Terms and                   Conditions. 
    b. The user agrees to indemnify and not sue the Application provider and Website from all claims or claims that               arise as a result of using the Application and this website.

Terms of Sales


These General Terms of Sale govern the sale of products and services by ADAMLABS and affiliates (collectively, “ADAMLABS”) to clients. Additional terms may apply for services provided by ADAMLABS. If these additional provisions are not in accordance with General Terms of Sale, additional terms will apply to the General Terms this sale.


Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with ADAMLABS. By accepting an order with ADAMLABS, the client is deemed to have agreed to these terms. 


Our invoices must be paid within 30 (thirty) working days, except other payment terms indicated on an invoice or order. If there is no payment by the due date due, ADAMLABS reserves the right to suspend all service provision without warning in advance if there is a delay in payment. 


ADAMLABS undertakes to do its best to provide services in a timely manner according to the agreed timeframe. ADAMLABS cannot, under any circumstances, required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any indemnification claim filed to clients by end consumers. 


ADAMLABS reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Client will be subject to the provisions in force at the time of receipt of such terms. All of our contractual relationships will be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia. Any disputes that may arise will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction Indonesian District Court (PN).
